Hilal Trans provides its employees with the opportunity to gain experience in a continuous training process in order to achieve success both in work flow processes and on a personal and team basis. In addition to this, various organizations such as the staff of the month, corporate dinners and special day celebrations, sports competitions are organized in order to strengthen the motivation of the employees. With our new Performance Evaluation System, it is aimed to evaluate the employees objectively by Hilal Trans Board of Directors and to make career plans in line with the determined targets. An Employee Satisfaction Survey is conducted in which the employees evaluate the work environment in a six-month period. Improvement studies are planned and implemented in accordance with the results obtained. The common purpose of all internal activities is to provide sustainable and high quality service to its customers with a work force that sees work as a privilege in Hilal Trans.
